All North Carolina Real Estate brokers are required to take an update course each renewal year. The course is delivered live via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom link and course handouts immediately upon enrollment via email. You’ll also get a reminder email the day before the course.
IMPORTANT: this course is for brokers who are brokers-in-charge (BICs) or BIC-eligible. Please be sure that you are enrolling in the correct update course! You can view update options for non-BIC/BIC-eligible brokers here (GENUP).
*Each credit hour consists of 50 minutes of instruction followed by a 10-minute break as per NCREC requirements.
